HOURLY/FULL DAY RATES

Friday/Saturday must be full day package.

Space available from 9am to 11pm (Late night available for added fee).

Includes setup and tear-down of tables and chairs .

Includes a one-hour rehearsal. 
- 
Initial Refundable Security Deposit of $500 (Reserves the space).

1/2 due 90 days prior to event date. 
- 
Remaining balance due 30 days prior to event date.

Cleaning fees included.

- Sunday-Thursday. 
- Available from 9am to 10pm . 
- Reserved time includes setup and tear-down of tables/chairs. 
- Cleaning fee of $200. 
- Refundable security deposit of $500. 
- Balance due 30 days prior to event date. 
- Venue access begins at your rental start time. If you require additional time to decorate or setup something extra, please add-on time to your contract. 
 
- Bartender - Fees based on alcohol package chosen. 
- Larger parties may require an additional bartender. 
- Dance Floor available for hourly packages. 
- Room flip (cost based on size and complexity of event and setup). 
- Add-on of Conference Room/Side room to hourly rental available. 
- Optional cleaning fee. 
- Custom Run of Zoiglhaus Beer: - Commemorate your event with a custom label. 
- 15 cases (4 x 6-packs of 12oz cans) minimum. 
- Minimum of 1,000 labels. 
- Minimum lead time of 30 days. 
- *Zoiglhaus beers only. 
 
- Beverage Service: - All beverage service must be contracted through The Zenith Room, Zoiglhaus Brewing Company or The Zephyr Lounge.
